Client Cards Management System Implementation by PNN


As a part of the service of business processes automation for the financial institutions, our company has implemented a custom software product, which is a front-office system for customer service of a financial institution in the field of card products. The System manages the process of customers' payment cards release and support at the financial institution.

The System is specially developed by PNN Soft Company to provide payment card issuing services to the customers.

System architecture allows combine data from various subsystems in a single complex. This effectively reduces the time of customer service.

The System consists of several sections: 

  • Contracts and cards management 
  • Settings - this section allows customize a variety of settings that make the system flexible and cover full range of business requirements
  • Guidance - provides background information on software
  • System Users - allows to create users and define their roles in the system
  • Audit and Register - the section displays logging of all user activities.
