These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the MentalEvo mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), owned by PNN Soft LLC.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (13+).

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The App provides access to features that include:

• eye exercises and informational materials;
• a calorie calculator that uses the camera to recognize food items;
• recommendations for meal preparation;
• links to other mobile apps, including those designed for children.

1.2. All information in the App is provided solely for informational and preventive purposes.

1.3. The App is not a medical device, does not perform diagnostics, and does not provide personalized medical recommendations.

2. Medical Disclaimer

2.1. Before using health-related features, it is recommended that you consult a qualified medical professional (such as an ophthalmologist, dietitian, etc.).

2.2. If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or feel unwell while using the App, you must immediately stop using it and consult a doctor.

2.3. The user is solely responsible for the use of information obtained through the App.

3. License to Use

3.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2. The following is prohibited:

• using the Application for commercial purposes without permission;
• decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the Application;
• interfering with the normal operation of the Application.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials in the app (text, exercises, graphics, design, and source code) are our intellectual property or are used with proper authorization.

4.2. Copying, distributing, or modifying the content without our written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We are not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses;
• any harm to health resulting from the use of the App;
• any actions taken by the user based on information from the App.

6. Suspension of Access

6.1. We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the App in the event of a violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

7.2. The updated version takes effect upon publication in the app.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

9.1. The application offers auto-renewing subscriptions to access premium features. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription.
