The VisionEvo application is intended for users aged 13 and older (13+).

By using the application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The application provides eye exercises and informational materials for educational and preventive purposes only.

1.2. The application is not a medical device, does not perform diagnostics, and does not provide personalized medical advice.

2. Medical Disclaimer and User Responsibility

2.1. Before using the application, it is recommended to consult an ophthalmologist or another qualified medical professional.

2.2. If pain, discomfort, dizziness, or worsening of vision occurs, you must immediately stop the exercises and consult a doctor.

3. Sources of Exercises and Trainings

3.1. The application offers eye exercise variations and ready-made workouts based on:

• recommendations from articles on ophthalmology clinic websites and blogs (search queries such as “eye disease prevention” and “improving eye health”);
• information from scientific and medical sources and studies that have shown a positive impact of eye exercises on visual health.

3.2. This content does not constitute medical advice, and results may vary among users.

4. Safe Use Recommendations

4.1. The application must not be used in darkness or immediately after waking up.

4.2. Avoid sudden head and neck movements during exercises.

4.3. The “Rapid Blinking” exercise is not recommended for users with symptoms of photosensitive epilepsy.

5. License to Use

5.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials in the application (texts, exercises, graphics, design, and source code) are our intellectual property or are used lawfully.

6.2. Copying, distributing, or modifying the content without our written permission is prohibited.

7. Termination of Access

7.1. We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the application in case of violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

8.2. The updated version becomes effective upon publication in the application.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

9.1. The application offers auto-renewing subscriptions to access premium features. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription.
