The current Privacy Policy belongs to Ltd. PNN Soft and applicable to Vision Evo app.
The Vision Evo mobile application (hereinafter the “App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected when you use the App and how it is used.
Vision Evo is an app focused on eyesight training and eye exercises. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using the Vision Evo, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available within the App.
The Vision Evo does not use HealthKit (Apple), Health Connect (Google), or other services to collect medical or sensitive health data.
With the user’s permission, the App may request access to the device camera only for features directly related to the App’s functionality. Camera access is used only while the feature is actively in use and is never performed in the background. The App does not store, process, or transmit photos or videos captured through the camera to servers or third parties.
The App may contain links to other applications and websites related to our products and services, including children’s puzzle applications.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the VisionEvo mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), owned by PNN Soft.
The Vision Evo is intended for users aged 13 and older (13+).
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1.1. The App provides access to features related to:
eyesight training and eye exercises;
informational and educational materials;
camera-assisted functionality related to App features;
links to other applications and services related to our products.
1.2. All information and exercises provided in Vision Evo are
intended solely for informational, wellness, and preventive
purposes.
1.3. The App is not a medical device, does not provide
medical diagnostics, and does not replace professional medical advice
or treatment.
2.1. Before using eyesight training exercises, users are
encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional or
ophthalmologist if necessary.
2.2.If you experience pain,
dizziness, eye strain, discomfort, or any negative symptoms while
using the App, you should immediately stop using it and seek medical
advice.
2.3. The user is solely responsible for how they use the
information and exercises provided within Vision Evo.
3.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the App for personal, non-commercial
purposes.
3.2. The following actions are prohibited:
using the App for commercial purposes without permission;
copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the App;
interfering with the operation or security of the App.
4.1. All materials within Vision Evo, including text, graphics,
exercises, visual elements, branding, and source code, are the
intellectual property of PNN Soft LLC or are used under appropriate
authorization.
4.2. Copying, distributing, reproducing, or
modifying App content without written permission is prohibited.
5.1.We are not liable for:
any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App;
any health-related issues associated with the use of the App;
decisions or actions taken based on information provided in the App.
6.1. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to Vision Evo if these Terms are violated.
7.1. We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
7.2.
Updated Terms become effective once published within the App or on
related official resources.
