Inquirer is a web-based tool for creating and running online e-learning, test, examination and organizational commitment questionnaires. It consists of an intuitive wizard-style interface for drawing up questionnaires and tools to browse, analyze and publish results. The service has a powerful online questionnaire management system. It allows complex multipage questionnaires with branches and custom graphics, as well as a simple list of several questions. Also, the service can run in the learning mode, so users can be trained on specifically designed questionnaires.
