Junior QA Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Manual and automated testing of the client-server software applications

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Software testing principles knowledge
• Experience in preparation of software test documentation
• Knowledge of client-server applications work principles
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux on user level

Will be a plus:

• Bug tracking system knowledge (BugZilla, Jira)
• Web services quality assurance experience
• API testing experience
• Knowledge and experience in Postman, Google Chrome Devtools, GitLab.
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSS, HTML
• Documentation testing experience
• Experience writing test documentation Check list, Test suite, Test Case, Bug report
• Understanding of the software life cycle, objectives and testing methods
• Analytical mindset, high level of attention to detail, ability to formulate a problem clearly and succinctly.
• Experience with databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Sybase
