QA Lead, QA Manager

Key responsibilities:

Lead the QA team in planning, executing, and evaluating testing activities
Improve, develop, and implement QA processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Actively participate in the team’s daily activities and Scrum ceremonies
Engages in testing activities, creates test documentation, and provides QA support at every stage
Define test strategies and test plans based on project requirements
Analyses test results and provides feedback to stakeholders on product quality

Experience of 1+ year as a QA Lead will be an advantage
Higher technical education
2+ years of experience in manual testing
An in-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies
A solid understanding of the software development process
Knowledge of the bug/task tracking methodology and systems Jira or same
Knowledge of software test documentation principles: test cases, test plans, test scenarios, etc.
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL) and excellent understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, and API documentation
Experience with web-application testing, back-office and front-end
