Bluetooth connectivity and data collection application

PNN Soft team developed the scalable application with the possibility of Bluetooth devices connection for a large retail European country. The app is available for Android and iOS markets.

The application is provided for users’ device data collection, collected data transfer to enterprise connected systems, big data, and operational efficiency. We developed and implemented the application back-end and integrated it with the client’s external system.

Application functionality allows:

• User registration;
• Provide users with continuously updated appropriate content;
• BLE connection with external devices;
• Devices configuration;
• Devices data collection, errors sending to back-end;
• Push notifications;
• Location display;
• Firmware updates;
• Support Center.

We built the system architecture and developed the admin panel and dashboard for the company’s managers. The architecture was designed for independent iOS and Android platforms.
