Project Description

CRM (customer relationship management) web system for trading systems to manage client’s debts, complaints, comments and documents.  The CRM user interface is web thin-client, which uses internet browser to access this system. 

The server side provides role-based functionality for different users types. 

Technical features:

  • Target server platform: Windows 2003 Server, IIS 6.0 and more.

  • Target client browsers: IE 6.0 and Fire Fox 1.0.

  • GUI Framework: ASP.Net 2.0.

  • Data sources: SQL server

  • Data accesses: ADO.Net

  • GUI features: DHTML, AJAX

  • Localization resources: resx files. 

Business-logic features: 

  • Manage client’s debts, complaints, comments and documents. 

  • Role-based framework. 

  • Report system based on generation Microsoft Excel files.

  • Time line (versions 1.0 - 2.2): 2005 - 2008
