ERP system development for processes management at the printing company
The main purpose of the system is the automation of most operational information of the printing enterprise through the collection, accounting and processing of all the administrative information in a single database.
Major system task – automation of most of the administrative information of the typographic company departments with the ability to modularly enhance functionality to cover major business processes of the enterprise. System implementation will automate the calculation and accounting of the printing order, and reduce the costs of the entire order processing cycle: starting from receiving the customer’s mock-up to the final stages of order fulfilment and final shipment to the customer.
Custom software provides as well as a single computer access and remote operation via the Internet/Intranet.
Upon the project completion, PNN Company also represented the ERP system User Guide for use by the printing enterprise staff.
